This is a template, not reviewed legal advice. Have a lawyer check it before you rely on it publicly.

What stays on your machine

The mod talks only to the backend you run yourself, which binds to 127.0.0.1. In single-player, nothing generated by minepad leaves your computer. Specifically, these live on your disk and are never uploaded to us:

Dev wallet private keys — in the backend session store (sessions.json) and the mod config file.
Draft token details — name, ticker, description, socials, and your wallet address, until you launch.
Your Minecraft account details — the mod never reads or transmits them.

Because keys sit in plain files on your disk, anyone with access to that machine can spend from your dev wallets. Do not run the backend on a host you do not control.

What necessarily leaves your machine

Blockchain transactions. Launching writes to a public chain. The token metadata you enter, the launching address, and the amounts are public and permanent by design. This is not something we can undo.
RPC requests. Balance checks and transaction broadcasts go to a Robinhood Chain RPC endpoint. That provider sees your IP address and the requests, under their own privacy policy.
Token images. If you set an image, it is uploaded to IPFS via Pinata when you configure PINATA_JWT, or otherwise to catbox.moe. Either way the image becomes publicly accessible.

This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not fingerprint or track you. Fonts, images, and video are served from the same origin as the page, so no third party sees your visit.

Children

minepad is not intended for anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Deleting your data

Run /launch reset to clear a session, and delete sessions.json and the mod config to remove stored keys. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
